Personnel très accueillant. Week end parfait

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Tous

DISSAPOINTING

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: LOCATION
Cons: lots of things
We were very disappointed to find, that we were penalised for booking through Expedia. This meant we had to pay a surcharge of €50 a time to use the supposedly included spa facilities, which were in themselves poor, with some out of order (which was not advertised at all). The room was small, dark, very dusty, unclean and the daily fresh bedding was never clean, but more sporadically stained across the board. The Wi-Fi was terrible, had to sit by the door to get the minimum signal, so gave up quite quickly. The Breakfast was adequate, plain and beige but also not fresh, healthy or appetising.

Great Hotel & Staff, Clean/Quiet/Comfortable Room

Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: - helpful staff - very nice room - peaceful/nice area
Cons: - offer a full-English breakfast (joking!)
I stayed with my partner for 2 nights and we arrived before check-in having traveled from Venice very early that morning. The staff were really kind on arrival and allowed us to check-in 2 hours early so that we could wash & relax and get out into the city refreshed. The room was a 'standard' but was very clean, of a good size and very comfortable. We had breakfast included which was good and the restaurant on the 7th floor/roof provides great views over the city. Location wise it is a 10 minute walk from the station and couple of hundred meters from Via Vento with the Spanish Steps maybe a 15 minute walk. This was not a problem for us but older guests/those with toddlers may wish to stay more central! The staff also arranged an early morning car to take us to the airport without hassle. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family and thanks again to staff.

4 days, solo traveller, loved it!

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: So welcoming, very helpful, so clean, beautiful roman décor, good location.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't of a huge standard
Location: Walking distance from Hard Rock Café, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza de Barberini
I travelled alone to Rome for my 21st birthday and stayed in this hotel for 4 days, I loved the room, so comfortable and beautiful décor; the staff were so welcoming and kind and couldn't do enough for you! The view wasn't much to write home about, but it didn't affect my stay whatsoever. The food at breakfast was the only part I didn't hugely enjoy, I really just had bread and butter and fruit each morning! The hotel arranged my sightseeing guided tours through a company called Green Line Tours and they picked you up in the coach at your hotel and dropped you back off very near. The hotel staff organised a car to pick me up and take me to the airport for 50 euros which was brilliant. Would definitely recommend to anyone; including families, couples, students, solo travellers, business travellers!

beautiful hotel

It's about a 5/10 minute uphill walk from the Barberini metro station with a lot of restaurants around; one being the Hard Rock Cafe. (when getting out of the station, don't make the mistake of going straight. take a left so that you pass the fountain on your lefthand side and continue up that curve of a street. Once you get to the US Embassy, cross the street and go right and then you'll be on via Boncampagni. The hotel is only a minute from there, maybe less) They had a pretty decent sized breakfast that was served on the rooftop, so my friend and I got to watch the sunrise at 7 while eating which was nice. The staff was really lovely as well. it was usually the same 2 people when we went down, but they always were willing to answer our questions and give directions. Just be careful when buying a drink there, though. The drinks are more expensive than any other restaurant we went to. We got a small glass bottle of Coke and it cost us 4€ each, but a bigger bottle is only like 2,50€ at the kiosk across the street. Our room was gorgeous. It came with a nice, kind of medium sized to large, futton that is really comfortable. The bathtub/shower was also nice as well and the beds were really comfortable. The room had two "closets" where you could hang things up and then a safe and a mini bar. The only downside I saw was that the room got really hot at night. The hotel will also watch your bags after checkout for free up until the next day which was nice for us. Great place.

小綺麗なホテル

Posted Nov 30, 2014
