I demand a refund from VRBO
We were unable to access the property because the property mgr. failed to text instructions as we had requested. We showed up at the property but couldn't get in!!! From the outside THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! It's also located right next to the busiest traffic intersection in Salt Lake City. NOISY!!! Worst experience ever with VRBO. I'll never trust them again. Advice: Don't you either. If you book this place, you'll regret it.

Emigration Canyon Retreat
The property was as advertised. It looked to be newly renovated and everything was clean and comfortable and well styled. I loved the location and close proximity to Heritage Park and lovely walking/hiking paths. The property manager was very professional and responsive and instructions were clear and comprehensive. It was a great experience. Thank you
