Clueless staff
Posted Oct 7, 2012 on Hotels.comWhen I checked in, both of the men at the desk were totally unaware of hotels.com and of my reservation. They wanted me to pay cash for the room. (Of course, it's possible that they WERE aware of the reservation, and were trying to get me to pay twice.) There was a school group staying in the hotel, and the noise level at 11:30 was higher than it should have been. There were people smoking in the dining area, using ashtrays presumably supplied by the hotel staff.
