1. There is no real staff there to help us. 2. The door requires password, and the sent password did't work. I stay at outdoor for more than 1 hour at night. 3. Contacting the staff for 1 hour, I finally got the password, which is the general password for all rooms. This password is also given to another guy. Thus, actually, everyone can enter my room. It's really scary!! 4. It's really noisy room, which is full of the car/plane noise at midnight. 5. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Hope you guys can avoid!

I felt comfortable here. I love the very bright lights at the lobby area. It's close to many nice restaurants. I like to be back here. I felt like it was my home. It's also very clean. I am so happy to find this place in San Diego.

I enjoyed the modern facility. Little cold in the room, so stayed under the blanket in the evening. No worries though. Bed was comfortable

It's was great walking distance to little Italy with a bunch of great restaurants to dine with. Room was a nice size, bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet for a good night's sleep.

Figuring out the codes, and constant code changes, was annoying. Having spent nearly $200 for the one-night stay, the shared bathroom was offputting. You need to have a system in place for people to store, and access, their bag(s) on the premises if they need to leave them on the property after checkout.
