"The resort was picturesque. The staff needs some improvements. After waiting over an hour after our check in time, i went back on line to be told that they will give me a room. We i arrived to the room the room was not what I paid for. I paid for an ocean view and was given a view of a big tree. I called the front desk and they apologized and fixed it. "Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome. "
