Make sure they don’t have a convention or construction going on. We stayed without knowing there was a convention for 4 days and they had the loudest music playing until midnight every night. It was like you were at a rave. For what we payed we should have to deal with that.

The resort was absolutely amazing! The outdoor pools, restaurants and entire property was breathtaking. The service was top-tier and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I recommend the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort to all ages. It’s great for couples, family, and perfect for a girls trip. I look forward to returning next summer.

The hotel was lovely. Our favorite features were the 3 pools. We always found chairs to lounge in. The beach had the softest sand and the hotels puts on lounge chairs, a table umbrellas for you upon request. Every evening they had a band in the lobby and on rainy days they had champagne and board games to play for entertainment. Our least favorite thing was that some not all could be rude at times especially during the check in process. The cost of food is high and there is no microwave in the standard room. We got sandwiches, snacks, and water at the local store to cut some cost. We also got liquor and just poured that into virgin pina coladas to cut some cost. I would stay here again and I felt very relaxed at the hotel.
