"Our stay was excellent. Your proprietors are simply excellent. The place is spotless and amenities plentiful. Everything is well done and access to the heart of Paso is the best. The only reason for the one four star is due to the fact that the surrounding properties are in the transition between cool, small town neighborhoods and “downtown” Paso. We will stay at this property again. Thank you Kirk for a great experience."

"While this cottage is cozy, it is new and has every imaginable amenity! The location can't be beat! The bed is the most comfortable of any I've slept in. The kitchen is well equipped with nice matching dishes, stemware and cutlery. The bathroom has plenty of space. There are USB chargers in several areas. It's darling!"

"This cottage checked all the boxes for us. Loved the elevated position, views, privacy, and the variety of outdoor seating locations. The interiors were understatedly lovely, and in excellent condition. Felt the cottage was more beautiful in real life than in the VRBO photos. Also it seemed more spacious than we expected from the square footage. Communications with Lisa were prompt, thorough and warm personally. "Amazing cottage in a great quiet neighborhood. They left us a wonderful gift basket with wine, bread, bacon, eggs, butter and jam. Such a great morning feast. We were in the area for a reunion of 4 high school friends who graduated in the late 60s. The cottage was a great retreat from the activities. We would definitely stay again. Couldn’t be happier with the cottage and all the goodies."

"Our stay overall was great. This honeymoon suite/one bedroom loft like room was super comfortable, clean, and perfect for a quick 24 hr wine tasting trip. It was convenient knowing that our last tasting we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Not only was the stay nice, our tasting was great as well. Downtown paso isn’t very far either and it was easy getting an uber to get us there! Overall everything was great!"

"This place was cute and clean. The kitchen is big & everything needed to cook a meal is provided. The patio was nice but a lot closer to the tasting room than we expected. There were also people staying in an RV at the end of the dirt driveway, which was kinda odd, but we had no negative interaction. It was close to downtown Paso Robles. We had a great time."

"The property was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. It was clean, had an easy check-in process, great amenities and was convenient for our wine tastings! As other reviewers had mentioned, the location of the property is off a busy street but we didn’t mind. There were sound machines next the beds which was a nice add. The pillows and linens were very comfortable as well. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Loved almost everything about it. Cute, with wine country character and comfortable. Super clean and well equipped. Only drawback was noisy group next door for the last night, despite the property notices for quiet time after 10:00 pm - otherwise very quiet and peaceful. King size bed takes up pretty much all the bedroom, but again comfortable. We'll be back!"

"Well appointed, clean and comfortable cottage. I bit too far to walk to downtown but just a short and easy Uber ride away (Especially since it rained most of the weekend!). The back yard is not fully fenced so it was not convenient to just let the dog out there to do business."

"It's a lovely property. The house is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay. There were two drawbacks that are not clear from the listing. First, the location of the house is very remote. When we mapped the house, it noted there was an unpaved portion of road. I was surprised at the length of the unpaved road. Second, the listing indicates there was a hot tub on site. There was not. When I asked about it, I did not receive a response from the property manager until after we had checked out. This...
