"The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days...

It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. "We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."
