They have more staff now than in prior years and nothing was left undone. They are very attentive, they make you feel as if you’re their only guest. They accommodate your every need and check in during your stay. They also offered bonus gifts upon arrival, during our stay and upon leaving. We stayed in Barone for the 2nd time. 2 equipped bathrooms, 1 private bedroom and a loft as well as living room, dining area, breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable, the apartment is clean and it has laundry as well with everything provided to live very comfortably. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. They even have on site parking and the train station is right down the road. We will always make this our go to place to stay when near Rome. Beautiful 11th century accommodation with a pool. We were very well looked after by Nadia, everything went to plan. The apartments were very spacious and the bed’s very comfortable. We had two apartments for our family of seven and enjoyed a few home cooked meals together in the cool AC. We arrived by taxi but did use the train and metro system travelling into Rome. An easy commute for about €4 per person. We would get a taxi back in the evening, a 25 minute drive costing €30/35 for 4 people. A handy supermarket 650m away had all our requirements.
