The main house is a haven of comfort, featuring a well-lit living room with a cozy wood stove for cool evenings. The chef's kitchen boasts stylish Big Chill appliances, and the spacious dining area, with a large round table for 10, is perfect for showcasing culinary creations. A sunken den with a queen sofa bed, doubling as a third bedroom, and a sizable lower-level bedroom with a king bed, bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom add to the accommodations. The master bedroom on the second floor provides a king bed and a full bathroom.

Adjacent to the main house, discover a gas BBQ, a hot tub, and a cold plunge tub for relaxation. In the backyard, a swim spa with an adjustable current awaits on a beautiful deck and lanai area.

The newly built one bedroom guest house offers a cozy living space with a sectional sofa, a smart TV, and an office nook. The bedroom features a queen bed and connects to a luxurious full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy the charming porch with seating for two.

For an additional fee, you can access a spacious Yoga/Dance Studio with hardwood floors, flowing fabric, yoga mats, and a sound system. The studio also includes a kitchenette, Keurig coffee machine, and a half bathroom.

Outside the studio, a sprawling deck with a large dining table, covered areas, a gas fire pit, and swings provide an incredible outdoor experience. The 15' swim spa at the deck's end adds a touch of luxury. Explore the 11-circuit labyrinth, mirroring the design of the French labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral.

An arcade room next to the garage caters to the younger crowd with hot shots basketball, a keyboard, a Pandora game arcade console, and more.

Our property offers complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the main house, and driveway parking for four vehicles. Hosts can arrange for a chef, massages, yoga instructors, and other special experiences upon inquiry.

With a modern ambiance, outdoor delights, and wine country charm, our property invites you to relax and unwind in comfort. While it's an excellent space for family and friends to gather, please note that it is NOT a party house. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, and surveillance cameras and decimal meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and groups violating these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

*Please note that you must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The full bathroom next to the Yoga/Dance Studio is not accessible to guests. A maximum occupancy of 10 people overnight and 6 additional people during the day, and no events, parties, or weddings can be held at the property. And while we love pets they are not allowed at this vacation rental.
