"We stayed in a suite for 8 people. The room was spacious and was decently clean. Fully stocked kitchen and a full size refrigerator. They are remodeling at the time of our stay, but it didn’t interfere with our plans.The front desk lady that checked us in was very friendly and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. The gentleman that was serving did his best, but looked so overwhelmed with the long line of people waiting. It’s weird they only had 1 person for breakfast task. We will definitely...

"spa was cold water. A friend staying with us did not get towels nor bed made despite asking several times. About 12 hours after initial request, they still did not have towels nor made bed. they were told they'd get the next morning."
