"We had a really lovely short break at White Cottage. The room was comfortable and well equipped, Ellen obviously makes sure that you have everything you could possibly need .The fridge in the lobby with milk and water that you can help yourself to is a great touch and very convenient. "Stayed for three nights over a recent weekend to provide a base for gigs in three separate places (Bedford, London, Cambridge)...was decently priced (especially when I used one of my Hotel.com reward nights BUT I could have done better booking direct as they offered a three for the price of two deal including breakfast... I did buy breakfast on the Sunday morning BUT that was a mistake as the kitchen closed at ten (not eleven as per the website) and arriving at nine forty five I had little choice or selection - no sausages, a couple of bits of bacon and just a single scoop of beans...my bad!"
