Five-star for everything but policy.Posted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Everything but the empty kitchen.
Cons: The managers who decided to denude the kitchens.
Location: Definitely not much.
Loved everything about this hotel. Location was, for me, perfect. Raised, as it was, it also appeared to be isolated/safe. Front-desk personnel were stellar, one kinder and happier and more helpful than the next. The room was exceptional--nicely ordered, decorated, cleaned with windows that opened! But some newfangled policy just about ruined it all for me. Having completed check-in, I was informed that no dishes, flatware, glasses, pots, pans, etc., were actually IN THE ROOM, but I "could order them" and they'd arrive in no time. When I arrived in the room, I saw a description of the various "packages" that would complete the so-called "kitchen." Meanwhile I couldn't even make a cup of coffee. Because I needed to get out quickly for an event, I couldn't chance a delivery that caught me in the shower, so I decided to wait until later to order everything. But having returned to the hotel at about 11, I saw no one at the desk and delayed, again, asking for the "packages." Once in the room, tho, I was too tired to wait for packages that would serve me all of one cup of coffee. The reason I choose Extended Stays is the convenience of a kitchenette; but a kitchenette without so much as a coffee cup--not even a paper one!--isn't much use to me. Please go back to stocking the rooms the old way!

Never again!Posted Mar 18, 2015
The desk clerk, Cederick, was awesome! Friendly, helpful and quite personable. He went out of his way to answer my questions and help me find places l was looking for. Unfortunately, the hotel looked like "Throw Back Thursdays"...all the way to the seventies...no remodeling since then, including furniture and carpeting...paint was avocado green and mustard yellow...and there was literally dog poop EVERYWHERE you stepped outside the building. I chose this hotel because of it being pet friendly, but that was ridiculous! Also, other hotel patrons were pretty questionable. I did not feel safe and would not stay again if it were free.

Close to 95Posted Feb 12, 2015
Cons: AC/heat was noisy.
Location: Plenty of pharmacies and coffeeshops nearby for travelers.
Needed a place to stat close to 95. This was clean, comfortable, and not noisy from outside.

Not worthyPosted Dec 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room itself is not too bad, but in my case the fridge was that noisy that I had to turn it of to be able to sleep. The microwave didn't work properly either. They don't have not even a bar. only some vending machines and all the time I was there, the beverages one was out of order. The breakfast is really crapy. To go to the nearest grocery store you have to cross roads/motorways and there isn't proper pavements to walk. The wifi is the worst I've ever seen, I coudn't connect to my corporate network because of the slowness. So forget about working from the room. But the worst for me was that the housekeeping service only works once a week, not even to pick up the trash. Basically, very wanting for the prices you pay. You can get much better services for that prices in regular hotels. The kitchen facilities don't make the difference...
