"The Sweet Dreams Retreat is a great place! The space was warm and inviting, the hosts were kind and attentive to our requests. Communication with them was very easy. The location was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. There's a patio with a gas fireplace right outside the door to the private entrance. There's a large hot tub on-site and it was nice to take a soak at the end of the day. The walk-in shower is great for a nice relaxing shower as well. It gets nice and hot. & it stays that way...

"This oasis in the woods is a perfect week long or weekend respite. It is very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The location is quiet and peaceful with chirping birds and a nearby babbling brook. Easy access to nearby country towns for groceries, restaurants or browsing. Hiking trails are abundant. "My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the 1805 House B&B. The four-poster king-sized bed was very comfortable, the large tub in the bathroom was a delight, and breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. The hosts made check in and check out very easy. We were in the area for a jazz festival and to visit a friend. This was a lovely country stay for the weekend. "

After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). As a Catholic, it was lovely staying at the rectory, visiting the beautiful altar in the backyard, and knowing that any proceeds from our stay were going to a good cause.
