“The property was cute, clean, and well kept. The main issue was the check-in process. I wasn’t able to get the door code or complete check-in ahead of time, so I had to ask other guests how they checked in. Unfortunately, this caused us to miss the opportunity to get ready for dinner in the room, and I ended up changing in the car without a shower. Later that evening, I was able to speak with the owner/property manager, who was very kind and helpful and walked us through the process. I……
