"A friend and I stayed in Anchorage for a few nights as a base camp for some day trips. The location was perfect - right between the airport and downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood. The unit itself was very comfortable and well-stocked with all the basics. The hosts were very friendly and offered great tips of things to see and places to eat."

"The 1 star review was unwarranted. Was not even in the neighborhood the rental was in. Neighborhood is safe clean, great location. Kids riding bikes around, playing basketball etc. never once felt threatened or worried about my rental car or house broken into etc. 5 star for me. Police patrol the neighborhood on a regular basis. Highly recommend this place. Parking off street also. Within walking distance of restaurants."

"Julia was a wonderful host. The 0North (annex with two suites) was furnished with stylish modern / Scandanavian decor. Comfy bed. Great downtown location! Free off street parking. Small kitchen was well stocked with a delicious selection of light snacks and beverages. The only down side would be the narrow steep flight of stairs that would make the 0North suites non-accessible for anyone with mobility challenges. Would definitely stay here if we are ever in Anchorage again."
