"T.J. was an excellent and accommodating host! He had intimate knowledge of the area and made great suggestions for us to make the most of our time in LA. The property itself was beautiful, and my partner and I wish we'd had more time to thoroughly enjoy it. If we are ever back in LA, though, The Patrician is definitely at the top of our list for a place to stay! "

Private Newly Furnished & Cozy Studio Perfect for 1-2 Guests
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (11)
"*Beware, Pictures are deceiving* Property is run down and dirty especially the restroom, it definitely needs a deep cleaning. The bed was terrible to sleep on, it sinks in so expect to wake up with back problems. We stayed there for 2 weeks. The 2nd week, roofers came to fix the main property and the host never once mentioned anything to us. So all week we heard banging on the roof from 7:30am till 6:00pm. I work from home and couldn’t even get my work done. The host was no help and didn’t care...
