The bright, almost 90 square meter apartment is on the edge of the quiet little town of Vero Beach seafront with stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean.
It is located in a condominium with large green area and community pool. From the plot, a boardwalk leads directly to the white sandy beach. There they encountered pelicans, sandpipers, and turtles. In the immediate vicinity of the Jaycee Park with public barbecue areas, a playground, volleyball court and the family-run "Jaycee Park Seaside Grill". More restaurants and a variety of small shops are within walking distance. For culture lovers Vero Beach Theatre has to offer cinema, opera, galleries and the largest national art museum "The Vero Beach Museum of Arts". Nature friends are beside walks kayak tours or excursions to recommend the airboat. More tips can u. a. on the Internet under the keywords "Huffpost Vero Beach" to be read.

The nearest airport is about 55 km to the north Melbourne International Airport. The Orlando airport is about 160 km northwest of Vero Beach. Vero Beach is the U. S. Highway 1 (SR 5) and the Florida State Roads A1A and 60 crosses. In addition, the railway line of the Florida East Coast Railway runs through the town.

The apartment itself: The accommodation has a living / dining room with balcony and TV, a very well equipped open kitchen with large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer and dryer in a separate room. Go From the hallway one bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower, tub and toilet from.

We loved sitting on the outside patio each morning watching the sunrise as we had our coffee..Then stepping right out onto the beach for a morning walk..Incredible location to enjoy all that Vero Beach has to offer.. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo..

We love Vero Beach and this condo is a perfect location. Walking distance to downtown, right next to the boardwalk, and less than a quarter mile to the Beach Market for quick groceries. Kirsten was very responsive to our questions. We will definitely book again on our next trip if available.

Great location with a great view
The location directly on the beach can't be beat, and the view of the ocean from the balcony was great. The property was clean and convenient, and the owners were very attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a true Florida beach vacation.

Perfect apartment for a beach vacation
My son and I stayed for 5 days in this apartment. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool is steps from the apartment, the beach is right in front of you. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was soothing. Kirsten was easy to communicate with about the rental process. I would definitely stay here again.

Seaside peace.. calm and serenity.
It’s amazing how you can be in the midst of so much going on in your life.. and find that place of stillness in your heart through nature.. it simply melts everything away and brings you in touch with what really matters. Our stay was all we could ask for and more. We have stayed here several months and have been very impressed with the owners communication(s) & follow through on all levels. Paradise.. during upheaval.
This was a well balanced.. beautiful.. quiet solitude.. during not only the pandemic situation we are all experiencing.. though an unexpected mandatory construction on our residence. The owner was a pleasure to work with.. responded right away to any inquiry.. and offered good support if needed. The condo was lovely.. and equipped with all quality essentials for every day living. It was clean.. comfortable.. warm and welcoming environment. We were very satisfied.. and stayed one more month. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at Ocean Club III for the month of March. The property is delightful. The condo is decorated nicely with views of both the ocean and the pool. The beds are comfortable and all of the furnishings are very nice. The cookware is of high quality and the kitchen is well designed. The beach is wonderful and we swam laps in the pool daily. The other people at this property are so congenial. It was a marvelous vacation. Definitely 5 star!

this is a very cozy and comfortable apt. Having 2 bathrooms is a plus and the kitchen appliances are in good working order. We really liked it here.
