Very Nice Stay
The location of the complex is good for exploring the area. The condo overlooks the pool from the second floor. The lanai doors do a good job of blocking out noise. The master bath and kitchen are very nice. We had a little trouble with the electronic door lock but the manager was immediately responsive. The coffee and treats in the welcome basket were very much appreciated after a long flight.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. This is our second time booking this unit and love it. It is extremely clean and very nice. The location to all the best beaches on the island is a huge plus. Less that 10 minutes to Hapuna Beach. Being right next to the pool is so nice as well. We can't wait to book it again next year.

Great Location
This property looks just like the photos and was very clean. It was nice being so close to the pool. We really liked the convenience of Beach 69 and Hapuna Beach being less than a 10 minute drive away. We had a couple questions and the property manager answered right away and was extremely helpful. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very nice. There were beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella available. My only suggestion would be to replace the beach chairs with new lighter weight ones. These were older and heavy with wooden arms. But they worked for us. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great spot for a family
My wife, two boys (9 and 12), and I stayed for just over a week. The location on the property was great and right next to the grills and pool. It’s also a short walk to the King and Queen’s market (be sure to get shaved ice at King’s.) We also enjoyed sunsets at Lava Lava Beach Club, which is also very nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find all of the snorkel equipment and beach chairs. Overall, it was a great trip.

Great stay!
Very clean, have stayed in this particular condo a few times over the years and it looks great, furniture is comfortable, there is a new giant TV, great view of the pool and BBQ area and gym. Love it there!

We truly enjoyed our stay in the lovely Fairway Villas at this spotless unit overlooking the pool with mountain views! There was snorkeling equipment and beach chairs, a comfortable bed and lots of extras making our stay effortless! Highly recommend!

Great Stay!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. First time to the Big Island. When we walked into the property we thought, "wow"! We really loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are lovely, pool and gym excellent. Fantastic location, minutes away from beach/ocean, groceries, shopping and restaurants. What else do you need?! I rate this 4.5 stars, only dropping the .5 star as the pots and pans should be replaced, as stated by another reviewer in Nov 2019. As we were thankful for the beach gear, the first time we went to the beach the Tommy Bahamas umbrella was broken and we could not use it. A couple of days later we discovered there was another umbrella that was useable but one of the spines was broken, useable all the same. The beach chairs need replacing also. The garburator and the air conditioning broke down once but the staff were really quick to fix them. No problems after that! Would absolutely love to stay here again - loved it - you will too!

All the amenities one can expect in Hawaii
Unit L22 in The Fairway Villas in Waikoloa Beach had all the amenities one can expect for a safe, fun, and comfortable stay in the area. The complex is next to two shopping arcades ranging from a hole in the wall fish and ships stand and upscale restaurants such as Roy's and Sansei. Across the street is Anaehoomalu Bay which is a great swimming beach with ancient fishing ponds. Best access is through the Mariott and grab a pineapple water on your way to the beach. Hapuna Beach is 5 minutes away and is great for boogie boarding, while Beach 69 is great for snorkeling and much better shaded if you are sunburn prone. The unit itself is stock with kitchenware to prepare your own meals, boogie board and beach equipment for excursions, coffee maker, rice cooker, utensils etc. with a great view of the pool and the lagoon. Exercise room is right next door along with outdoor barbecues, likewise pool and jacuzzi. Very little to no noise coming in from the pool area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a clean and quiet stay at the Fairway Villas.
