“This is the ideal location in Kona. Centrally located and the fact that there is parking makes it a great place to stay. The unit itself is nice and is equipped with everything needed for a stay. However, I personally had too many issues with checkin, ants in the kitchen and no one getting back to me it detracted from the holiday. If you go with this property you will need to be proactive in getting responses and follow ups from the property management. I would come back to this property if it……

“We loved the location and what the owners did with the property. It was like an arboretum. Owners were very kind and helpful.”

“This was a lovely rental. It was clean and spacious and we had the best time. The pool was very cold but very enjoyable once we got used to the temperature. I appreciated the fitness room as well. It's a short drive to the private beach which was perfection. The Mauna Lani coffee shop nearby was also excellent.”

“There was a key code situation that never got resolved. We had to Leave the door unlocked cause we thought if it locked we would be out on the street for the night. Pool was good. Price cheap but the key thing a real problem. Not fancy for sure”

Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. “The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low.”
