"Upon check in, we realized we had booked two condos instead of one. This was great for our large party. They quickly rearranged where they had us originally booked so we could be nearer each other. They were AWESOME on every level."

"We are from Oahu and this is our second time staying in a Hali'i Kai condo and it truly is the BEST location in the Waikoloa / Mauna Lani area (in my opinion) and we've stayed at a number of the various properties over the last decade. The reason Hali'i Kai is the best: the property is immaculate, the pool not only has a view of the ocean, but a full service bar & restaurant (although this was closed for most of our stay), and a full gym with also a view of the ocean. The condo itself is modern, spacious, and fully equipped in the kitchen, with beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrella, toys) and large, modern TVs. We also loved how quiet it was even though there were people staying next to us and below us, the construction is solid with thick walls so we didn't hear a thing. The owners were also very communicative, quick to respond and very welcoming to their home. We love Hali'i Kai and can't wait to come back!"

"You could not beat the view for the evening sunsets from this condo! The condo was beautifully furnished and contained everything you needed for enjoying the Big Island! We even took private golf lessons at the golf course located directly across the street! We loved it!"

"I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous shops at King's Mall and Queen's Marketplace. Patio was overlooking the golf course and provided a quiet and serene view. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and fully furnished condo, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. "
