"This home looked great in the pictures, but they honestly do not do it justice. Definitely the nicest property we ever stayed at! Immaculate, roomy, and well supplied, it exceeded all our expectations. The sunrises were different ever morning, but each one spectacular. The abundance of sea turtles for watching in the water near the shore may have been our favorite part. Thank you for sharing this place with us!"

"Great place to stay - just as advertised. While not fancy or luxurious, it is very nice, comfortable and clean and in a spectacular location. Having morning coffee on lanai overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. Probably the best stocked kitchen in rental that we have ever had. Saul is an attentive (in a very good way) host. He provides great welcoming touches, including a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers."

In a residential neighborhood, very friendly atmosphere and pleasant area to walk around. Pahoa is a quiet town, has a nice new grocery market and a few fun places to go out to eat or drink. We saw tons of whales go by from the lanai and enjoyed short day trips to Hilo and Volcano."

"We had a tournament in Hilo so we decided to stay at another location close to Hilo since we’ve recently stayed in Hilo. The location was great! 2-3 minute mile ride to wonderful beach views. The house was big and spacious! Every room had its own private full bath and balcony! The amenities were great, from the game room to the snorkel gear to the bikes provided! There was a Sunday market no more than 8 minutes away that was great! All in all if I come back to the big island I’m staying here...

"From the first day we booked to the day that we left, we received almost immediate responses to every question we asked. As usual, there were a couple of arrival difficulties, but the host quickly took care of those. The house is beautiful. We were able to walk to the point and watch the waves and even some whales. They also made great suggestions about restaurants and supermarkets in the area."

"Inside was very clean. Kitchen was very modern. Outdoors the yard was unkempt and had tall weeds, surrounded by unmaintained bushes and trees. It was not a pleasing outdoor environment. Indoors was good and worth the price we paid. We would not sit outdoors given the condition of the yard. "

"We were delighted with Honoka'a and enjoyed an evening at a ranch west of Waimea, day trips to Kona, Hilo, a tropical garden, Hilo Farmer's market, and Captain Cook monument (for two of us hikers). The accommodations were great for 6 adults. Also enjoyed the oranges off the tree in the backyard."

"We decided to rent a beach house to house a few family members who flew over from Catalina Island to come to my Dad's Celebration of Life! Both my Aunt and Uncle from Catalina Island are 87 and 90 Years old. The house was very comfortable and easily accessible with a cane. Staff was great but the only down fall I really hated about staying here is because I feel they did not accommodate the guests parking at their property. Every parking stall in the property was only valid for valet parking which was $25. Can u imagine paying that for everyday of your stay. They make you park across the street in a remote empty parking area where there is low light...
