"Everything about this home was perfect from the moment we arrived. The porch is so welcoming but it is nothing compared to the inside. Everything is so lovely and kudos to the interior decorator! The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need including fresh eggs which we definitely enjoyed. There are beautiful gardens in the back of the properties and it is a nice peaceful walk to the river. Marty and Sandra went above and beyond as hosts, even updating us about the weather in the event we needed to use the heat. If you find yourself needing a place to stay in beautiful Barton, I highly recommend you stay here!"

"Stayed for 4 days of fishing. We loved the location, the appearance of the house and there was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and 2 boats. All instructions were clearly communicated. House was clean and well stocked. All the necessary kitchen items are there. The lake is beautiful and if you are a fisher-person there are plenty of fish waiting to be caught. The ‘Queen and twin’ in the upstairs bedroom are bunk beds which was a bit of a surprise but we made due. Would definitely stay again."
