"Everything was spot on and much better than expected! Location is convenient and close enough to many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The laundry was so cool and you can check the progress from the tv in your room. Will definitely come back if we were to visit Osaka again!"

"Free drinks at lobby until 10pm. Big bathroom and decent size room. Everything is pretty clean. If there is anything to complain, it’s the laundry room only has 4 washers/driers which can take a little effort to line up when some of the customers don’t pick up their laundry imminently. Washer drier supplies laundry detergent so no need to bring it with us either. I would come here again in the future for sure. "

Only drawback was that we arrived late and there were no nearby restaurants open or room service. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in the area."
