"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

Upon our arrival in high altitude Edson ensured our wellbeing and discreetly made sure that our entire stay was just wonderful. The 2 restaurants (one of them with live opera!) are great, the breakfast was amazing and we bonded with Sr. Sanquito. He started us on the right foot everyday. We learned a great deal about Pisco from Fernando at the bar; you need to meet him. We stayed for a week in May...

I stayed before and after doing a 4 day Inca Trail hike, and my luggage was securely stored and placed in my room upon my return. Breakfast was excellent. Very central to Plaza de Armas without being noisy. Perfect place to stay in Cusco. Highly recommend."
