"Host Giovanni is not onsite. Instructions to enter are clear and easy. Unfortunately, replies could be improved with regard to speed. There were times when it’s almost 24 hours before you get reply. Calling this a “Cottage” is true to the fact. It’s really really small. It should be stated here: the apartment is RIGHT BESIDE THE TRAIN TRACKS! This is a major factor. "We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."

"Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. "This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views.
