The room they gave us the previous people over stayed without payment. So they locked that hotel room out. Now don’t ask me why when we checked in why it wasn’t unlocked at that time. Our room was across the street at the other part of the hotel so needless to say it was quite a walk. We were issued keys over 5 times and each time we couldn’t get in but maybe one time then it wouldn’t allow us back in. My husband had a knee replacement so we had to continue to walk back over and get keys issued. Not once did they mention the problem about the lock on that room because of the previous people & it had to be taken off. At this point in time we decided to check out over 1.5 days in advance to go to another hotel. We asked for a refund to our card and they said Expedia would provide us of it. We’ve never got it.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & HOTEL!!

The hotel smells of cigarette smoke. There are a lot of riff raff on and in front of the property. Advertised as family-friendly, but apart from having an indoor amusement park, I do not recommend staying with young kids (or any kids) if you care about exposing them to night walkers, cigarette smoke, and drunk people. We had 2 rooms, checked in only to 1 room and left early. Did not receive any refund or compensation.

Found a cricket in my room, A/C didnt get very cold and i had family member whom is handicapped and hard time finding parking. Rate was low and hotel is runned down. Id come back cause means more money to spend other attractions. The rides made it worth it. Too bad pool closed so early
