"This was a great place to stay and very well decorated and clean! The host added nice touches and provided soaps and plenty of towels too. The only downside is that the neighborhood isn't as nice as the unit and she does state that you do have to go up a flight of stairs in the listing, but neither of those bothered us since we didn't do much in the place but eat dinner, shower and sleep (we were there to attend a hockey tournament) and are all very able bodied to carry our gear around....

"Our family of 6 (My wife, myself and adult children) had a terrifice time. The house was fantastice. It was everything the pictures showed and more. It was impeccably decorated and the backyard area was magnificient. It was too cold for the pool but sitting in the California sun was still great!!! Having a suplly of coffee, tea, spices and oils was a nice touch. David's recommendation of La Jolla was one of the highlights of our trip!! We would recommend this house and hope to get back to stay...

"My family needed a vacation and this checked all the boxes. Close to Disney, the beach, food, and freeways. The facilities were great as we used the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and workout facilities. The view was great and we spent time on the balcony enjoying the sunset. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and everything felt upscale. The owner was easy to work with and kind. We will be starting again!"

"We spent 5 nights at Christmas time and very much enjoyed our stay. From the start, David was friendly, flexible, responsive and informative. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking if needed. The house itself is set up well. Off to the left side is a separate granny unit with its own bedroom and bath and kitchenette. Very cozy, private and secure. The main house is roomy yet also cozy. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Lots of thoughtful touches,...

"This place was great to stay at. The apartment was clean but so was the whole complex. Felt more like a resort than anything. Also loved the ease of access to restaurants and beaches but it was away from all the chaos. Highly recommend!!"
