"I'm having a great experience here, and I like my room. They have cable, free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and microwave in the rooms. My bed is very comfortable. The people working here are very nice, and give great customer service. There is a convenience store very close, and restaurants too. I'll definitely stay here again."

"I rarely leave reviews (and this one is delayed also) but i wanted to say thank you to the great manager and excellent customer service of the hotel. There was an issue with booking i have ordered a room with full view but somehow the hotel received different booking and I am not sure how it happened because when i contacted hotels.com they confirmed to me that the booking was for full view, however hotel had a room with partial view on the receipt from hotels.com. Even though this issue was not on the end of hotel but it was a somewhere between booking hotels.com and hotel receiving request, the manager was very accomodating and was able to give us a room with the view. Thank you (i do not remember her name) but she really is awesome. "
