"We have stayed in hotels/B&Bs all over the Hill Country. We stayed in the good, the bad and the ugly. This one is in a gray area between the good and the bad. This is an older propery. Fairly well kept. The furniture is cheap and unattractive. The mattress was ok, just very loud when my husband would turn over. There were bugs...mind you mostly dead, but still bugs. Not a huge deal b/c it's in the middle of a tiny forest. We did enjoy our stay but I have suggestions: 1) Check all lights before...

"The guest house was even better than pictured online. It was clean and the decor was inviting. Dori provided the basic essentials, more than I expected. It was myself, my mom and my brother. "Overall, the space was spacious and comfortable. Covered deck was enticing and a great place to stay cool and relax. Very convenient location to the Pearl and River walk. We traveled with our elderly mom and it would have been helpful to know it was located on the second floor with steep steps. A few more hand towels and dish towels would be helpful. Overall, the apartment worked well."

"The Peahen House is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. Having real peacocks in the neighborhood was pretty cool. We had easy access to several major highways that made it easy to get around San Antonio. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the Peahen House."

"This was our second stay at the 1111 ranch and we have loved it both times. The guest home is tasteful decorated, comfortable and spotless. The view is stunning, the property peaceful. "This Casita was perfect for our visit to San Antoino. Great location close to any shopping restaurants and site seeing. The hot tub was a pulse with two kids 7 and 11. They enjoyed the evenings in the water. Host was easy to commutate with. Will definitely visit again. ENJOY !!!"

"We booked this for a guy weekend for my son who just graduated high school. Him and his friends enjoyed every moment of it. The grounds had many different activities to do and it was perfect.
