"My friend and I booked our trip somewhat last minute but Brian and Elizabeth were very prompt to message with all the required information for check-in. They also checked in with us the morning of our second day to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was well stocked with absolutely everything you would need and was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the space as well, overall a great experience!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this VRBO. The kitchen amenities were so fully inclusive that we usually ate supper meals here rather than dine out. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. This is a great destination spot for people, like us, wanting to get to know the Campbell River area."

"We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's lovely with very high ceilings. There were quite a few cob webs high up that need to be dusted away. Other than that the place was spotless. We did NOT receive the address and entry information @ 3pm as indicated. With a few texts and phone calls we received the entry code. All in all I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the location and the unit. This villa is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a very nice open kitchen living room area. The owner was very pleasant o deal with and got back to us in a timely manner whenever we had questions. Hope to return next year."

"Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards."

"We LOVED our stay here. We arrived to a warm welcome with wine, chocolates and a welcome sign! Our host was so nice, and communications with her were seamless. The house was really comfy with everything we needed - great bed included and a well-appointed kitchen! The salt water pool, with views over the ocean, was really special. It was not possible to cook what we intended to without shopping for cooking utensils (ie there was no spatula, no wooden spoons, etc). Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. "The place was overall fine and the interactions with the property owner was great as they were very responsive. Positives: Location-10 to 15 mins from Grand Bend Beach and from Pinery provincial park. Screened patio in the back was great as we could sit out at night and not get bitten alive by mosquitoes. "The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. The 2 full kitchens came quite in handy to cook for the large group. The hot tub was quite useful as we had overcast days which weren't great for the beach. The view of the water was fantastic.
