Was there for a concert and loved how close it was to the arena. There were plenty of options for food and check in and out was made easy as I could do it online. The wifi was a little slow but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Loved the beds and pillows Staff was at best, standoffish. At worst, rude. Did not like that I was unable to check luggage since we arrived early and only option they had was to pay $40 more for an available room. Seemed like a scam. Fortunately, will never be back. So, great rest minus terrible service = a 3 star rating, overall.

When we booked this we booked through Expedia due to booking many times with them. This had long term parking as well as we were flying out from O’Hare. When we checked in they told us that there wasn’t any parking available. We had to park at another place and pay an extra night. Service at this hotel was subpar. Not helpful.

Great, convenient location (quick shuttle to ORD). Breakfast (fee) was order from a menu and very tasty. The beds were comfortable and the room stayed plenty cool. Showers were hot and strong. Overall great quick stay by the airport!
