“I think a little updating will help alot. Bedspread was old and washed out. A spot of something chocolate or something else was on one of the decorator pillows. But if that is all it was I can live with it. Everything else was good. Communication was great with the property manager and he was easy to get ahold of.”

“The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience.”

“This was a perfect location. We were steps from the beach and away from the crowds around the pier. Sunsets were beautiful. The studio style unit was perfect for the two of us. I would certainly stay here again.”

“Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. ”

“When it says 75 steps to the beach, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!! The loft was stocked with everything you need from our beach getaway!! Joe is a wonderful host! He made sure we had everything we needed!! We plan to return very soon!”

“Came in town for a friends wedding. This place was perfect in size and location for our 4 day stay!!”

“The view is amazing, the location was too! We were minutes away from so much!! But…the bed killed our back. We went to Walmart and got a $20 padded mattress topper and it helped (leaving it for future renters) but the bed makes noise everytime you turn over. And the condo itself needs a facelift. Especially the bathroom, the tile by the window and the electrical outlets. For a couple of nights stay it was worth it, but if I’d been here a week I would’ve been very disappointed.”
