Building remodeling during the weekdays work day/hours. No construction on weekends. More than ocean front, we stretch out right into the sand. With free wifi and almost a mile of locked and gated, undeveloped, pristine beach there is no other complex like us. Because its undeveloped the stars pop out at night like no where else in Panama City Beach. It has a premium mattress and top grain leather sofa. Remodeled brand new white quartz kitchen, dishwasher, frige, induction cook tops with a new-wave style glass oven. Completely remodeled bathroom includes a vaulted ceiling JACUZZI tub with real stone travertine surround. A new ac is strong and efficient . Large gulf front pool, new premium 60' HDTV There are no hidden fees or charges when booking direct. Our complex has gulf front bbq's, wireless internet, and go-carts, shopping, pubs are right across the street making this the ideal location. Walking distance to Gulf World and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away. We are a non-smoking condo and complex. Smoking inside the condo or in the complex will be at least a $100 fine.

This place is about 1.5 miles east of Pier Park,Easy access to everything,right on the beach,the room has a big nice soft bed,60 inch tv,a couch,and a shower(bring towels because there's only 3 in the room,we went to Walmart and bought towels so we would not have to wash everyday on vacation)we loved this place because of location and this will be our go to spot,beach was not crowded,they do have a really big pool also

Cute,cozy and easy access to beach and pool
Absolutely loved our room and our stay. Owner was super helpful with any questions I had and quick to respond. Pull out sofa doesn’t work but he quickly let me know there was an air mattress in the closet. Our room was super clean and we had access to check in early upon arriving early. We will definitely be back. This has became a new favorite place for us to stay since it’s so convenient with parking, pool and beach.

Perfect spot!
We love Fontainebleau Terrace, it never disappoints. You can’t possibly be any closer to the beach and it’s never very crowded. The room had everything we needed for our stay to sleep 4 and make meals. We had one kid on the couch and the other on the air mattress and they liked that just fine. The bed was really comfortable! John is a great host and super fast to respond to any of our questions. We could not have had a better host, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Love the location and the private beach! That was great and just what we wanted. The construction being done wasn’t a huge deal, but it did have the outdoor restroom closed because of it. There was no grills outside like advertised, that was a little bit of a disappointment but not a huge deal, I’m just glad we looked before we went and bought stuff to grill like we had planned. The couch was extremely uncomfortable because it sagged down so low in the back. All in all…. We were there for the beach, so I’m still happy overall and would probably go back to this property… hopefully after the construction is done.

An amazing visit

the owner was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions, the cleaning company could do a little better (cleaning the walls, mop floors, just a really thorough deep clean!) the complex was under construction but that didn’t cause any issues. the private gated beach was perfect, very calm and beautiful. this space was perfect for my boyfriend and i, we will definitely be renting this condo again!

The room was small, also very dirty, and sofa bed is broken. Bathroom mirror is made with expectation of giants coming in and vanity for children. Needs renovating and good cleaning.

Did not smell good in the room. The building is under construction so the pool was not open and the noise from the construction was constant and loud.

The property is under construction. Half of the parking lot is taken up with construction materials. There is no pool available to use. There is only a very small walkway to the beach in the middle of caution tape.There were construction workers everywhere and construction noise all day long. I understand maintenance has to happen but I think people should be aware.

A great get away
Location was just perfect. One night we stayed in and watched the sunset on the ocean. The next night we found the shops and the night life only a mile down the street. There are many options of things to do. I slept so well in the comfy bed as well. We left refreshed. I would stay here again.

The jet tub blew some type of nasty brown substance all over me, the towels were dirty and we had to wash them ourselves, the cups were dirty the floor was filthy that left our socks black. Didn't have beachfront view like the listing stated. Didn't have water most of the day yesterday. Very unhappy with the room.

Great little place for a beach get away.
Rental was super easy. Room was clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable. We couldn't get the pull out couch to pull out into a bed. Would be a problem for more than 2 people. Otherwise, great place to stay. Great location.

fall break
The sofa bed when letting out was dirty the sheets had crumbs and dirt on them and the mattress covering was dirty and stain. had to take off bed shake out then put them on outside in. put a clean sheet that was in the closet on the bed to sleep on top. This was really the only thing wrong but forgot was dirty under the sofa bed. But was really disappointed in this made us wonder how really clean it was. My suggestion is these covering on the sofa bed should be clean every time the regular bed is changed

Short, but sweet stay
My husband and I stayed for just one night before meeting up with family and the property was perfect for the two of us! It was clean and the owners were quick to respond to questions we had. It was within walking distance of two great restaurants (Sharky’s and Runaway Island) and the beach was relatively quiet (compared to big condos). We’d definitely stay here again!

Owner was amazing, Beautiful location!!
The perfect quiet and mostly secluded beach that was never crowded, a huge pool that is half covered with shade (amazing), beach chairs and an awesome grilling area with lifeguard sized chairs overlooking the beach, a perfect studio condo with a beautiful view of the ocean/beach, and an awesome host who allowed us to check-in early to unload our belongings as well as being super friendly and accommodating! 10/10 would recommend!
