Cute little vacation spot just 1block over from Duval st. Clean and cozy, with everything you could need for an extended stay. The staff checked on us several times over our 4 day stay. That in itself was well appreciated. We are looking forward to another stay already.

910 Simonton was the perfect place to lay my head. Minutes from the heart of Key West, this retreat was everything you would want. I will definitely try to get it again.

Awesome overall

The place was cute, clean, accommodating and the local was perfect to walk. Our only complaint was the bed every time one of us moved the darn thing made noise and woke the other up. If they changed the bed this place is a perfect and affordable place to stay.

Suite 3 was a nice clean room. The location was great, just 1/2 block off Truman Ave. Water pressure for shower was awesome!! The not so positive was the patio...the AC units were all back by patio and very loud, couldn't really enjoy peace and quiet. For the $$, I would stay in the front units.

Property location great property itself very small, but clean. Some minor maintenance issues that took a long time to fix Woman we dealt with at Vacasa office, didn’t seem to care about our request to check in early. She was polite but aloof and almost seemed annoyed that we wanted to check in earlier than 4pm

The location was excellent, could walk to restaurants/bars and the water. The unit had a ridiculously loud window AC that was so loud we couldn't sleep, and we left a day early. The wi-fi was not dependable. Lots of street noise also.

We had a great experience. Responsive for the most part . I would have rates this as a wonderful experience except for a few things . We asked for a fan because the air barely worked and never got one even though they said they would get something figured out with the air . The bathroom needs a fan on the ceiling or something. The living room air does not reach it . Lastly the bed …. So uncomfortable- it really needs updated. Other than those things it was cute , convenient and clean .

Cute Key West Accommodation with Good Location

We enjoyed our short stay! The location was perfect - In a mostly quiet neighborhood but close to Duval Street, so walking to our activities was very convenient. Overall, the unit was clean with added touches such as mini-soap & mini-shampoo, plus some ice trays were ready in the freezer! Great for a hot day. The decor(chest of drawers, bed, & mirror) are rattan which gave a unique & classic "island vibe". Moving around on the bed is very loud due to the type of frame it is on. It wasn't a problem for us. Note for those of you who might have breathing issues: At first glance, the unit seemed worrisome because the A/C unit showed that the filter needed to be cleaned & the smell coming out of the A/C is very musky. There is also a lot of moisture damage, to the inside wall, under the A/C unit. There is some mildew on the grout in the shower(seems like a repair was done, but the wrong grout was used on the patch). With no air-flow to rid the bathroom of moisture, it's unavoidable. This made the unit appear dirty for my first impression. However, upon further exploration, the unit was cleaned with care. The floors, refrigerator, & counters were clean. The A/C unit is noisy(as "window shakers" typically are), but it also helped drown out noises from outside. Public parking is very limited (as stated in the listing), but there seems to be enough parking on the main street a block or two down. Check-in instructions were clear & the host communicated well. I would stay here again.

Key West Center of it All

We came to visit Dry Tortugas. The place conveniently located to everywhere that we wanted to go. We are literally a mile away from the docks, every major entertainment venue, and lots of great dining choices. The best thing about this place is location. It has everything you need to have a base camp out of.

Moved to a different location.

We received a phone call the day before arriving informing us that this location was unavailable due to damage from a previous guest over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Michael Krevat (Operations Manager for Vacasa in Key West) said that he already had an upgrade for us set up. Even though the location was not what we wanted, the condo was super. A superb 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of Coconut Mallory Resort fit our every need. Bicycles were provided for us to use as well for our two day stay at no cost. The owner of the unit was gracious, and Michael was constantly in touch with me, providing things to do and places to see while we were there. I cannot speak more highly of a company than Vacasa for taking great care of us in a situation that was out of our control. We will definitely be back, and I look forward to working with Michael in the future.
