"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast provided each morning was top notch with many options. The location is very convenient to metro stops and the main train terminal. Also an easy walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum."

"After being given a very small room we were delivered to be upgraded to a much nicer room with a beautiful view and big balcony. Sadly only stayed for two nights but would have welcomed being given the bigger room on are. It’s a stunning location and the hotel is steeped in history but it’s the most expensive hotel we’ve stayed in… and in addition we had to pay extra for breakfast! Which was lovely but really £1k for a small room and breakfast not included! "
