“We loved staying at this property. The host touched base ahead of time to let us know the house was ready for us (early!). It was just as the pictures show - neat as a pin and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the hot tub is wonderful, the beds super comfy, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer wandering through the yard frequently. I was NOT ready go back to the big city, but will look forward to returning to this sweet home as soon as possible.”

The Palmers guest house is perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The guest house was clean, cozy, and the process was easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“This place was great! Even in the heat, we were able to take walks because the neighborhood is so nicely shaded. Also, the house itself has cute seating area outside all covered in shade. Just bring mosquito spray! Virginia was extremely helpful and kind and very easy going. Really enjoyed our stay here!”

“This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

“We really enjoyed our time here! Our host was very kind and friendly, who even let us check in early, which was very sweet! The property itself is located in a rural neighborhood with some minor construction nearby. But since the property has a lot of trees and moderate privacy, we were still able to relax in the hot tub with some friends & family.
