" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. "A unique experience, great hot tub, we didn't have hot water for shower that night. Saw the breaker box later and had some hot water for kitchen in the morning, we checked out early. Kitchen plenty utensils. Good wine, star studded skies, quiet by 10:00 pm. Hauling wind during the night and I am a light sleeper. Heater works well, love the skylight dome above. Beds were clean and comfortable. "

"My family and I recently stayed at this cabin on Lake Travis in Lago Vista. The home and grounds were perfect. Private access to the lake made it so convenient and easy to bring our dogs and walk back and forth between the cabin and lake. Mike was amazing and provided anything we needed. We loved that the main house has 4 Kings with ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom but can easily be shared with the master. My siblings and Mom all stayed in the main house while all the cousins took the guest house. The sleeping accommodations are all very comfortable with ample room and high quality...
