"The staff at this hotel was top notch. The room was clean, the bar and restaurant services were excellent, and the location was perfect. Alex and the other front desk staff were extra special and attentive to us as we were celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday on the 16th. Marriott Savannah for the win. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Liked that it is very convenient and walkable to majority of activities. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Did not like outside elevators to River street due to smell. Nor the extreme stair steps to River street which is very hard for older people. "

"We had a great stay with two young kids. The pool was a perfect temp, the grounds were well kept and felt very resort-like, and I loved the poolside service for food and drinks. The beach is an easy stroll, and while we didn't rent chairs, that was an option. Our 6-year-old did the Just Us Kids day camp a few afternoons and we would recommend it. She had a blast, made great crafts and came back so excited about the beach walks and pool time she had with the staff. The hotel food was pretty good and the coffee bar was a nice option for grab-and-go. Yvette in the gift shop is the absolute sweetest, and our daughter wanted to go say "hi" to her every day because she was so friendly and took the time to chat with her. The gift shop had everything we needed from SPF sun shirts to quick snacks to souvenir stuffed animals. Overall, a great stay and had everything we needed!"
