🏨 Just had an okay experience at Hotel Review TV! 🏨 While the TV in the room wasn't the greatest, I must say that the staff was really nice. They were friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. Their hospitality definitely made a positive impact on my overall experience. Although there were some areas that could be improved, I appreciate the efforts of the staff to make my stay comfortable. Hotel Bohonito is a lovely hotel, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and were always helpful. The AC kept the room super comfortable. The location is convenient to all the restaurants and shops and of course, the beach. Because there was not a window in the room, it was a little dark but it also stayed nice and cool (even with the AC off) and it was a nice retreat in the heat of the day, especially if you want a little siesta. Overall, it was affordable, convenient, and comfortable!

Hotel was really nice and convenient. Has Netflix and nespresso machine. Center of everything. Really easy to sleep in as no natural light to wake you. Room has 5 light fixtures but still dimmed. Unfortunately you can hear people talking loudly in the hallway. & No fridge.

I stayed in an upgraded room with balcony. The balcony was amazing. Room was spacious with small frig. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, market 1 block away and 5 minute walk from ferry/ 5 minute walk to beach. I would stay again. Only problem was water. It went off for a short time twice, pressure was low and didn't get warm.

We booked 10 min before we arrived and realized the hotel was not as advertised the shops empty it was dirty outside the shops of the hotel and room we saw smelled muggy and moldy. The manager was rude and refused to refund our money unless we spoke with expedia we called expedia to accommodate us and we where told the hotel would not answer so they could not give us our money back for services not rendered. Don’t get fulled with there false advertisement.

If you are looking for a basic place to sleep that is centrally located then the place meets that need. The rooms as small, and on the first floor don’t have windows. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The more unpleasant issue is likely beyond the hotels control, when it rains all the streets are flooded. And as they are all dirt, the roads are a mess, with deep water and mud. We have heard from reliable sources the sewage backs up and seeps out when it rains. Which based on the smell of some of the roads I would tend to believe. We won’t be going back Holbox on any future trips to Mexico. If you are looking for a “Daytona Beach” party scene, with trashy vibe, this is your place.

Slept better than I've ever slept! This was only because the room that we booked had no windows or natural light, other than the small bathroom window. Though we knew about the window situation, it was still missed when we just wanted fresh air or light.

This little gem is worth it! Very close to everything and a 24 hour store. Great AC and the bed is very comfortable. Our room was very clean and well maintained and I highly recommend it. You will walk from the ferry about 7 mins and you will see the hotel!

I haven’t received any wine but we get early check in 3 hours before and super friendly stuff and helpful staff. The island was flooded today by the ocean and they are doing what they can make us electricity and our comfort. Because the all island is without electricity and no water yet

Hotel centrico bien ubicado cerca de la plaza central. Las habitaciones eran muy comodas y grandes. La persona que nos hizo el check-in muy amable y bien predispuesta. Las contras: el wifi funciona muy mal, la ducha no salia agua caliente. En teoria luego lo solucionaron pero salia muy poca cantidad. Lo peor fue que no nos hicieron el cuarto. Cuando fuimos a quejarnos nos comentaron que era porque el hotel estaba lleno. Hay muy poco personal y en la recepcion nunca hay nadie.

The property was exactly as displayed in the photos. The highlight was the espresso machine in the room. Room was clean and as expected. They're was no window in the room so it was dark but the lights and A/C worked great. We could not hear the ATVs or road traffic in the room. Staff was extremely polite and very helpful during our trip. There was a water dispenser available which was appreciated.
