Bland, generic property at the very (very) end of the strip. Housekeeping was terrible. Awful. 39th floor - my room was not vacuumed prior to my arrival or after. (Same for my Mom's room on the 38th floor) The room had 4 glasses provided - none were cleaned my entire stay (3 nights). Valet is $35/night. They charge for internet (if you want a speed beyond 'dial up'). The area is remote, relative to the strip; you're not walking anywhere. But that's fine - they put the Uber in an inconvenient place.

They were very strict with the 11 AM check out time, although I was checked in as VIP they did not accept late check out and at 11 AM someone came to the room and asked me to leave the room, otherwise everything was OK.

You pay a resort fee but every area around the pool is reserved and no staff representatives share that information upon arrival and check-in! Our room was not clean and literally had to beg for house keeping services.

I like that it is towards the end of the strip, and the gambling area is not as congested as some of the other hotels.

This company is so far in debt because they do not know how to treat their customers. For a new hotel the rooms are depressing and makes you feel depressed. The flamingo and the linq are better choices.
