Family fun at the shore
One bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular views! Newly renovated bathroom with new floor, vanity and toilet. Queen size sleigh bedroom set in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Recently remodeled with new hardwood floor. WiFi, cable, air conditioning. Huge sliding glass doors lead to new expansive balcony. Elevator. Parking for one vehicle only. Please note: This condo is located in The Brunswick with a restaurant and lounge downstairs with live music. Live music on the outdoor patio in the summer. Bands play until 11 week nights and 1 a.m. on weekends below the balcony in the summer. If noise is a concern for you this would be a great place off-season for you. Comfy and clean. Off season the bands play Friday and Saturday nights until 1:00 a.m. downstairs in the lounge.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds, dining tables, and kitchen islands. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.

This was a perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Excellent views and lots to do. We stayed off-season so we had to travel a little for food and fun but still plenty to do. Just make sure you’re OK with thumping base from the band or DJ from about 9 PM to 1 AM. Wasn’t horrible being on the 3rd floor. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Would love to visit again when we could actually enjoy the beach. Wendy was super easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Weekend getaway
The property is just as described and has everything you need. The location and view are amazing!!! We happened to go on the coldest days in many years so stayed inside but still had the view. Hoping to return again.
