The self check-in and check-out makes it a discrete accommodation option, as you won’t have to interact with reception staff. The room was renovated, modern, with comfortable bed and bedding. Nice, new bathroom, but no TV.

The Birks was fabulous. It's not cheap but if you can afford it, you won't be disappointed. It's probably one of the best maintained, clean and well appointed hotels that I have ever stayed in and we do holiday quite a bit. Great stay. If I ever came back to Montreal I wouldn't stay any where else.
