This 7 story hotel had 2 elevators, both broken. This was very frustrating as we had a lot of luggage and had to go up and down the stairs. Also, we were told breakfast was at 6:30, and made all our morning departure plans around that time, and when we got down there the manager told us they decided to do it at 7:00 instead. He did not seem to care about this at all. That was unhelpful, and we could not take advantage of the free breakfast. The whole reason we booked this place was because it had a sofa bed and the sofa bed was utterly unusable. The whole couch was collapsing in the middle, the mattress was terrible, dirty and worn through on the bottom. We did not use that sofa bed, another major inconvenience. Also, the entire hotel is permeated with an extremely strong disinfectant/air freshener smell which was so aggravating to my throat, I was up coughing all night. I would pick someplace else.

Stayed here prior to my cruise. check in was easy. Everything was great. Breakfast was nice. Slept six people comfortably in a two bedroom. Front desk staff was super. The shuttle service works 24/7. Just called the front desk when we got there. Thank you!

The staff was very nice. Pool had lots of bugs. The pull out bed was terrible. Literally the thinnest most lumpy bed I have ever laid on. I felt bad my son had to sleep on it.

Location was very clean and the rooms were absolutely perfect. We booked two one bedroom units and it was perfect with the kitchen and had a living area with a hide a bed couch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. With lots of options in the area, this one was definitely a winner.
