"This is a beautiful property - the pictures do not do it justice. We loved the view from our room and enjoyed the oversized bathroom with double sinks. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the convenience of the on-site restaurant just steps away. We enjoyed our meals there and the staff were very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the ricotto relleno. We loved visiting the alpacas and really loved the onsen experience (we reserved in advance.) We took advantage of the hot spring pools...

"The coolest property i have ever stayed. Beautiful panaromic scenery from the room and entire property. The pics of the property on the various websites while beautiful do not do this property justice. The staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Virginia and and Carlos were exceptional host. The dinners at the on-site restaurant were prepared with local ingredients and were fabulous. We stayed 2 nights and wish our stay was much longer."

"It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. We went to spend new year’s eve and the party was very disorganized, we didn’t know that we have to bring our own drinks and food, nothing to eat or dip. 40 min before midnight I...
