"I have now stayed here twice and both times have been beyond exceptional! The food at this resort makes you feel like you’re truly somewhere magical! The staff is very kind and attentive. The only downside is waiting for a shuttle to get places since the resort is so big, but it was typically only about a 10-15 minute wait. Can’t wait to come back!"

"It was a beautiful resort. We had the swim our family club room. It was great for our young children and access to all the family club amenities. I am not basing our vacation off of this. It was excellent after this however our check in was a bit rocky with a room that hadn’t been cleaned(mold in the sinks), fridge didn’t work, tv and phone was broken. "They are trying to run this small hotel remotely. it doesnt work. During my stay, I never saw a clerk or maid. I called the number, but it went to voicemal which was full. Message on hotels.com were not answered. At the airport I received a msg that they needed more info. I was unable to respond in flight. On the way to PdC, I nervously triied to respond, not knowing if I had a room on rainy nite. The AC could not be lowered and no blanket was provided. THe property itself is not bad."
