My rating would be much higher if there was any communication regarding the check-in process with the Parade on June 1. Coming from out of town and unaware that it would be impossible to reach the hotel by car, over a hour was wasted in traffic and additional money was spent on alternative parking. We also unfortunately missed dinner before our concert and had to do a drive-through after check-in, around 11:30pm. A simple notice of hotel accessibility during the Parade would have been extremely helpful. Besides this major issue, the property was clean and unique. Bed was comfortable. Noise between rooms was less than ideal but staff dealt with it well. Had to wait on the Valet Parking Assistant and grab the Front Desk Attendant for service in the morning. Overall, it was a disappointing stay that left a bump in our otherwise smooth and enjoyable trip.

He had a little problem checking in. The staff was very helpful in solving the problem. They were also warm and friendly. The room was huge. An anti room which to sit and visit.And incredible value and now my favorite hotel. I do travel a lot.i will be back.
