"Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want to sit in the beach house pool after a hot day at the beach, you and the kids will enjoy it. Nice! Night life at the Village was a good time. 10 min walk to the right as you leave the beach house. 10 minutes to the left, you can enjoy a large drum group on Sunday evenings. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment was nice and had all the upgrades. It was equipped with everything you would need during a short stay. It was very clean, comfortable and cute. The Inn was a block away from the beach and a trolley ride away from all the shops and restaurants. The trolley is free and will pick you up right on the corner of the Inn, no need to go to the trolley stop. The pool was fun and they have all the pool floats and noodles too. Grills worked great too. We had a great time and will definitely return for a longer stay. "
