I saw reviews complaining about no air conditioning but you’re in the Rockies! You don’t need it! It gets very cool at night. The only thing we wished we had and didn’t was an oven mitt. But who cares! We were in the Rockies! We made memories and had an amazing week!"

Trash was strewn twice in three days all over the driveway by a bear(?) We contacted the host but ended up picking it up ourselves both times so as not to attract more problems."

Enjoyed the amenities of the property and the host we had was an experienced park ranger with plenty of tips for our Mesa Verde visit. "Incredible time here in Idaho Springs. We enjoyed exploring the downtown area that has the best shopping and great food! About the rental, all six of us couldn't stop gushing about the place. So well decorated, tons of space, and extra cozy! We loved the hot tub and chilling on the deck by the fireplace. The host, Kenny, is super kind and responds quickly. Super cool dude (: Would absolutely go back if I'm ever planning on partying at Red Rocks again <3"

"We overall enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to all the Pikes Peak area attractions yet far enough away to provide a quiet retreat. The property fit our family of 5 well. The kitchen was stocked well with the necessary pots/pans where we could easily make some meals there.
