"Hermoso Hotel en las montañas de California , todo el personal de las diferentes áreas (Recepción , Gimnasio, Restaurant, Servicio en la habitación) muy atento y amable , la comida deliciosa , una ambientación navideña inolvidable cuidando el detalle en cada rincón. Es un hotel retirado de la ciudad pero todo encuentras en los markets de la montaña, si te cae la noche camino al hotel es importante manejar con precaución mayormente si eres extranjero y no conoces ese tipo de clima invernal , ya que algunos tramos se tornan neblinosos pero vale el esfuerzo una vez que llegas :)"

"I understand that it is a very old property and for obvious reasons the facilities will be old, but what bothered me was the lack of cleanliness, the size of the room did not correspond to the images shown on the platform, the description mentioned that it had certain things I didn't had to request them personally, as well as the cleaning of the room, which they didn't do either, there was a lack of toilet paper and the breakfast said continental and it was only fruit, bread and coffee."
